Working with our virtual event partner INXPO we provided onsite production, webcasting and video conferencing for VMware’s Virtual Sales Kick off event in 2016.

Foundation looked after four of the sites, London, Paris, Munich and Singapore.

The key event requirements were to motivate the sales team, spread the key messages from the leadership and increase awareness and knowledge of new products.

The main event site was in VMware’s head office in Palo Alto, California, our London and Singapore sites needed to have a two way conversation with California so we set-up video conferencing for these sites while Paris and Munich needed to display the plenary webcast to the local audience and also stream their own presentations for the events virtual breakout rooms.

The event ran over three days with plenary sessions from California, London and Singapore and breakout sessions from all over the world to a global audience of thousands.
